Is RTA Classic really being sunset?
Yes. After much consideration, we have decided that it is time to say goodbye to RTA Classic. Our legacy software will officially be sunset on December 31, 2026.
To help our customers still using Classic prepare for the transition to our modernized, robust Fleet360, we've created a number of resources to help you and your team get the information and training necessary to efficiently perform all duties in the new software.

When will my team lose access to RTA Classic?
You won't completely lose access to RTA Classic until the final shut off date on December 31, 2026.
But beginning in March, 2026, access to Classic will no longer be included in your plan, and additional charges will be incurred for those organizations still accessing Classic after March 31, 2026.
Our team is here to support you every step of the way. In fact, all of your data and reports are already in Fleet360, so you can efficiently and easily make the transition to the new software.

How long will it take to move my data from Classic to Fleet360?
No time at all.

Your data is already accessible in Fleet360, so the hard part has already been taken care of.
Your data might look a little different in Fleet360 than in Classic, so reach out to your customer success manager whenever you have questions about accessing your data.
We have a number of training sessions based on the roles in your fleet that will help you and your team learn how to find and leverage all of the fantastic tools and features in Fleet360. This training will ensure your transition from Classic to Fleet360 is simplified, and that your team is ready to go on when you make the switch.

How hard is it to rebuild all of my reports in Fleet360?
Not hard at all.
And that's because we've already moved all of your standard reports from Classic into Fleet360.
They might look a little different, but they're already there.
